Starting AIBusinessStrategist.org wasn’t just a business decision for me; it was a mission born out of my own experiences and deep understanding of the struggles many SMEs face. Over my 30+ years in business, I’ve worked across various industries and seen how small and medium-sized enterprises often struggle to keep up with technological advancements. I’ve witnessed firsthand how limited resources, tight budgets, and uncertainty about where to start can prevent these businesses from embracing innovations that could transform their operations and future.
One moment that truly drove this home was a conversation with a small business owner I mentored. They were overwhelmed by the idea of implementing AI and felt it was “only for the big guys.” Despite their business having so much potential, they were paralyzed by fear of the unknown and the complexity of AI technology. That conversation stuck with me. I realized that without proper guidance, many SMEs would miss out on this game-changing technology, losing their competitive edge in the process.
